Return and Refund Policy

Before any return, please contact our customer service by email at contact@laissemoidormir.com to facilitate the processing of your request.

ARTICLE 1 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify Laisse Moi Dormir of their decision to withdraw by email or any other written means clearly expressing their wish to withdraw.

ARTICLE 2 – RETURN CONDITIONS

Returned products must be:

  • in their original condition,

  • not used or washed,

  • complete (accessories, instructions, original packaging),

  • without any signs of wear or damage.

Any incomplete, damaged, used or soiled product returned may be refused a refund.

ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCTS EXCLUDED FROM THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply in particular to:

  • customized products or products manufactured according to customer specifications,

  • goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, particularly training pants, underwear, and swimsuits,

  • perishable or rapidly expiring products.

These exclusions are strictly limited to the cases provided for by current regulations.

ARTICLE 4 – RETURN PROCEDURE

To facilitate the processing of returns, the customer is invited to contact customer service before any shipment.

After validation of the return request, Laisse Moi Dormir will communicate the applicable return procedure to the customer, which may include:

  • the provision of a return label,

  • or the communication of a return address accompanied by shipping instructions.

The return method is determined by Laisse Moi Dormir based on the nature of the product, the destination, and logistics constraints. The customer agrees to follow the communicated procedure.

The package must be carefully packaged and shipped in accordance with the instructions provided.

ARTICLE 5 – RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

In accordance with article L221-23 of the Consumer Code, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer when exercising the right of withdrawal.

As Laisse Moi Dormir does not have a return warehouse in Europe, returns are made internationally. Return costs may vary depending on the weight of the package, the destination, and the chosen carrier. As an indication, these costs are generally between €30 and €50.

When Laisse Moi Dormir provides a return label, the corresponding cost is automatically deducted from the refund amount.

The customer is responsible for the returned package until it is effectively received by Laisse Moi Dormir. It is recommended to use a tracked delivery service.

For any return of an item with a value exceeding €75, the customer is strongly advised to take out shipping insurance with the carrier to cover any potential risks of loss or damage to the package during transit.

ARTICLE 6 – REFUND

After receipt and inspection of the returned package, the refund is made to the original payment method used during the order.

In accordance with article L221-24 of the Consumer Code, the refund is made within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the returned product.

A confirmation email is sent once the refund has been processed. Additional banking time may be required before the funds actually appear in the customer's account.

ARTICLE 7 – EXCHANGES

Laisse Moi Dormir does not offer direct exchanges.

To obtain another item, the customer must initiate a return in accordance with the procedure above and then place a new order.

ARTICLE 8 – DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS OR ORDER ERROR

In case of receipt of a defective, damaged, or non-compliant product, the customer must contact customer service within 7 days of receipt, providing photos of the product and a description of the problem.

In accordance with articles L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code relating to the legal guarantee of conformity, Laisse Moi Dormir will offer:

  • either a replacement of the product,

  • or a refund to the original payment method.

A voucher valid for 12 months may be offered only with the explicit agreement of the customer.

Return costs are covered by Laisse Moi Dormir in case of proven defect or preparation error.

ARTICLE 9 – LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY

The customer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in articles L217-3 to L217-20 of the Consumer Code.

This guarantee covers defects of conformity existing at the time of delivery and applies for a period of two years from the receipt of the product.

Under this framework, the customer may request the repair, replacement or, failing that, the reimbursement of the product.

ARTICLE 10 – UNCLAIMED OR REFUSED PARCEL

A parcel not collected from a relay point or refused by the customer is not considered an exercise of the right of withdrawal.

After the parcel is returned to Laisse Moi Dormir, the customer can choose between:

  • reshipment at their expense,

  • or a refund to the original payment method, after receipt of the parcel.

No reshipment or refund can be made until the parcel has been received by Laisse Moi Dormir.
